To celebrate Naidoc Week, The Grove Academy participated in all different experiences to teach the children about the Aboriginal culture and history.
This included; Aboriginal dancing with tapping sticks, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander puzzles, traditional face painting, reading stories from the Dreamtime, splatter hand painting, made some damper, used sticks and cotton buds to create their own dot paintings, used different utensils to mould shapes from clay, flag representations and a diorama of a native Aboriginal scene!
