At the Mascot 1 campus, our onsite chef Maria made some organic feta cheese with the children today! The children all had turns to stir the milk, check the temperature and set the cheese into moulds.
This is the beginning of our Organic Food Workshops where Maria will be cooking with the children on a regular basis.
