This year The Leukaemia Foundation is celebrating 21 years of the World’s Greatest Shave campaign, which raises awareness about blood cancer. Right now, more than 60,000 Australians are living with blood cancer or related disorders.
To show our support, the children and their educators made a gold coin donation and came to school with crazy hair do’s that were filled with coloured hairspray, glitter and gel. The children enjoyed playing hairdresser by creating some crazy do’s on dolls’ hair and participating in craft experiences with pipe cleaners, streamers and watercolours.
