Joining the team at The Grove Academy is one of the best career choices I have made so far.
It is great working alongside directors and a team who all have the same vision and expectations for children's care and learning, as you do. TGA has supported me to be the educational leader I am today.
From the very beginning of my traineeship up until I completed my Diploma and was promoted to Educational leader, TGA has ongoingly supported my growth, goals and dream to be the best role model for educators in the childcare sector. The education, resources and training provided by TGA is used to shape young children’s mind to be who they want to be. TGA offers above and beyond staff incentives to motivate and build a family like environment for the educators.

Since starting with TGA, I have been lucky enough to build great friendships and bonds with the team I work with day in and day out. I will continue to cherish the growth I have experienced, and the strength provided to support myself as an individual.
TGA enables me to work and strive towards my goals, continuing to build and work towards a better version of myself.
My progression with TGA has been significant, starting as a trainee, working my way up as a room leader, and now holding the assistant director role. This achievement would not have been possible without the immense amount of support and growth from both management and my team.
I felt like I found my home.
From day one, I gained enough confidence and encouragement from my management team to progress quickly from room educator into my current role as educational leader. I love being able to guide and support both current and new coming staff.
