Spaghetti Bolognese

Favorite recipe of our Dapto 2 chef Phillip.

5 Tins of black beans
5kg of Spaghetti
5kg beef mince
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
3 TBSP Minced onion
1 Tin diced italian tomato
1 Bottle pasta sauce
5 TBSP Tomato sauce
5 TBSP Tomato paste
5 TBSP Italian herbs, salt and pepper.
Saute onion and garlic, add herbs and the beef on a medium heat.
Add Italian diced tomato and tomato paste and tomato sauce, salt and pepper for taste.
Add the black beans and simmer
Cook pasta according to packet instructions.
