Favourite recipe of our Dapto 1 chef Jenene.
100g melted butter
1/2 cup raw sugar
1/2 cup honey
100g pepitas
100g sunflower seeds
3 crushed weetbix
1 cup sultanas
1 cup quick cook oats
1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 180C
Line a 30x29cm lamington tray with baking paper
Mix weetbix, sultana, oats, flour & seeds
Add sugar & honey to melted butter and mix
Add butter mixture to dry ingredients & combine
Press into tray
Bake for approximately 15min or until golden
