A seriously delicious way to serve up white fish fillets.
Ingredients:
500g white fish fillets cut into strips
4 Tbps taco spice
100g corn flour
2 cups breadcrumbs
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomato
Grated cheese
Flour tortillas, warmed
Directions:
Preheat oven to 180
Line bakung tray with greaseproof paper
Mix taco spice and corn flour with 1 cup water to make thick batter
Toss fish through batter, then coat with breadcrumbs
Bake for approx 10 mins or cooked through
Roll into tacos with lettuce, tomato and cheese
