Fish Tacos

A seriously delicious way to serve up white fish fillets.

Ingredients:

  • 500g white fish fillets cut into strips

  • 4 Tbps taco spice

  • 100g corn flour

  • 2 cups breadcrumbs

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced tomato

  • Grated cheese

  • Flour tortillas, warmed

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180

  2. Line bakung tray with greaseproof paper

  3. Mix taco spice and corn flour with 1 cup water to make thick batter

  4. Toss fish through batter, then coat with breadcrumbs

  5. Bake for approx 10 mins or cooked through

  6. Roll into tacos with lettuce, tomato and cheese
