Kirsten brings with her a strong background in Psychology, Allied Health, and Early Childhood Education, holding an Honours Degree in Psychology alongside a Diploma in Early Childhood. With many years of experience, she has supported children’s development across a wide range of settings, including early learning centres, schools, clinics, and home environments.
At The Grove Academy, Kirsten will work hands-on with children and educators, using evidence-based, strengths-based approaches to support social, emotional, and behavioural development. Her focus is on providing practical, achievable strategies that help build educator confidence, foster inclusive practice, and create positive outcomes for every child.
While her work is centered in our learning environments, Kirsten also plays an important role in supporting families. Through guidance and collaboration, she helps parents and carers feel empowered, capable, and confident as they support their child’s individual journey.
Kirsten is deeply passionate about creating safe, supportive environments where children feel connected, understood, and able to thrive. She’s also a big believer in celebrating the small wins — because those moments truly matter.
