This weekend, our Grove educators came together for a day full of laughter, learning, and recognition. From fun interactive games to mid-year awards and an unforgettable musical, the Showcase reminded us why connection and professional growth are at the heart of everything we do in early childhood education.

From fun interactive games to mid-year awards and an unforgettable musical, the Showcase reminded us why connection and professional growth are at the heart of everything we do in early childhood education.

This past weekend, our incredible Grove team of educators and leaders came together for our annual Showcase—an event designed to connect, inspire, and re-energise our people as we step into the second half of the year.

From the moment the day began, it was full of laughter, learning, and celebration. Our team enjoyed a hilarious interactive game led by Dr Quill Darby of Junkyard Rascals, reminding us all how much fun learning and collaboration can be when we step outside our usual routines.

The mid-year awards were a proud moment, giving us the chance to recognise the dedication, passion, and creativity of our educators. And, adding a touch of theatrical flair, we were treated to the unforgettable National Quality Framework: The Musical by Dr Red Ruby Scarlet and Louise Dorrat - a fun, energetic way to explore the principles that guide our work every day.

As the day drew to a close, we enjoyed a relaxed networking hour, sharing drinks and nibbles while connecting across campuses. It was the perfect opportunity for our educators to swap ideas, share experiences, and celebrate the incredible work happening in every classroom.

At The Grove, we know that professional development is more than just a checkbox - it’s a way to empower and uplift our people, giving them the tools, knowledge, and inspiration to continue making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

A huge thank you to our amazing MC Terry, who kept the energy high, the laughter flowing, and our spirits lifted all day long. 💫

The Showcase was a wonderful reminder that when our educators come together, we learn, grow, and celebrate as a team - and it’s this connection that fuels the heart of our early learning community every single day.
