Spaces are thoughtfully designed to allow educators to maintain visibility and connection with children at all times, promoting active supervision and engagement.
CCTV in Shared Areas
CCTV is used thoughtfully in communal areas to enhance safety, provide transparency, and uphold best practice across all centres.
Rigorous Recruitment and Screening
Our People & Culture team and Centre leadership undertake comprehensive recruitment and screening to ensure all staff align with our child-safe values.
Zero-Tolerance Approach to Abuse
We maintain an unwavering zero-tolerance policy for any form of child abuse or neglect. The safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority.
Ongoing Child Protection Training
All educators and management undertake mandatory child protection training, supervision, and annual refresher courses to uphold the highest standards of care.
We continuously monitor and verify Working with Children Checks to ensure all staff compliance at all times.
