We are delighted to announce that Natalya has joined our Head Office team as Quality Assurance Manager.

Natalya previously led our Exceeding-rated Spring Farm campus as Centre Director, where she built a strong reputation for inspiring leadership, high-quality practice, and a deep commitment to early childhood education. She now brings this wealth of experience into her new role at Head Office, along with the passion and energy she is well known for.

As Quality Assurance Manager, Natalya will focus on consistency, quality, mentoring, and continuous improvement across all of our services. She will work closely with centre teams to strengthen what makes each service unique, while ensuring our values, practices, and commitments are consistently reflected in everyday experiences for children, families, and educators.

In this role, Natalya will play an important part in supporting and guiding our teams, helping to ensure we continue to deliver high-quality outcomes across all centres.
