We’re proud to share some wonderful news from across The Grove Academy community. Chloe Coates, one of our passionate and highly experienced Centre Directors, has been appointed as Compliance Manager across TGA.

Chloe has been a valued member of The Grove Academy for many years, bringing with her a decade of experience in the Early Childhood Education sector. Known for her calm leadership and unwavering commitment to children, families, and educators, Chloe has long been a trusted and respected leader within our community.

In her new role as Compliance Manager, Chloe will work closely with our Operations Team to support and strengthen compliance practices across all TGA centres. Her focus will include quality assurance, regulatory alignment, and child safeguarding initiatives - ensuring our environments not only meet standards, but continue to exceed them.
