The mission of Nutrition Australia is to promote optimal health for all Australians by encouraging food variety and physical activity. To celebrate National Nutrition Week at WH1 the children will be involved in workshops and experiences that highlight the importance of nutrition and hydration. On Wednesday 15th we have a visit from The Super Kids Show which is a performance promoting the message of healthy food choices and drinking water.
