Centre Director at Oatley
I hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and have been in the industry for 10.5 years. As the Director of Oatley, I aspire to provide the highest quality care and education to all children and families within our amazing new centre.
I’m looking forward to setting up a centre that has fun and engaging learning environments and learning projects for the children and provides them with a holistic approach. To provide care that feels like a home away from home for the children to ensure they feel a sense of security with their educators. To have our families and community feel secure leaving their most prized possessions in our care.
One of my favourite parts of the Centre Director role is being able to watch the children in our care have positive interactions and grow and achieve their developmental milestones. Each day brings new opportunities to grow
